It has been a long time since I have posted anything, I sorta dropped out of the weight loss race for a while. I have been really slacking on exercise and diet the past month. I need to get back on track. I am searching my house for my Jillian Michels 30 Day Shred Dvd. I can't find it anywhere. When I find it I am going to be doing that to get back in the swing of things. The diet thing is pretty simple to get back on track, just need to stop eating out again. I really want to lose about 50 pounds by October of this year. I am so tired of this yo yo act of getting on track for a few weeks and then just dropping right off again. I need to make a real commitment to changing my habits and my life for the better so that I can take care of my son the right way and so he won't have a distorted relationship with food. I am ready to do this again, and this time i will succeed. I am going to find a 5k that is happening in october or november and make that my goal. And even if i finish last, i will have at least FINISHED and completed a goal of mine!
sorry for any rambling, just had a lot to get off my chest today.
