So to update from my last post. I made it to the gym last Thursday and this Monday. I know its not everyday... yet. I did however go out dancing with my Hubby last Friday for my 23rd birthday, that was a blast! I have every intention of going to the gym tomorrow morning. When I used to workout, I loved doing it in the morning before my day really got busy that way it is out of the way, no excuse to not go later in the day. I am just so excited that I have been drinking water and monitoring what I have been eating. By the way my current weight is 252 lbs.
Short-term Goal : 20 Lbs in May
Long-term Goal : 70 Lbs total by October (my brothers wedding 10/9) this goal would put under 200 lbs that would be amazing!
Anyway,
My son took his first few steps this past Sunday, YAY!!! So the chasing is soon to follow.

Awww little david took his first steps. Exciting. I needs to get on the ball as well. I drink water and try to watch what I eat buts its hard. I know you can do it, I have faith in you. My goal is to lose atleast 80-100lbs before august next year. Running after children is a good exercise believe it or not.
