It was oddly easy and I didn't feel like giving up as much as I thought I would want to.
I did 40 minutes on the treadmill at 2.5 incline 2.8 mph i wound up walking 1.87 miles and burning 314 calories. If felt good to sweat again. I can't wait to do it again tomorrow!!!
Really happy and excited with this new life style I am beginning to accomplish!
