At the risk of sounding like a total FAILURE, I will admit that I have not worked out since my last post. I have had the best intentions of doing so, just never actually got off my lazy buttocks and did it. I have been monitoring what I am eating and drinking, especially after reviewing our last bank statement. We spent a whopping $355.78 eating out and
that's not counting any cash purchases, ( and i know there were some). Now we are striving to eat out less to save money and calories.
I think about working out everyday. I want to do it everyday, I am just having issues applying what I want. Every night I go to bed regretting the fact that time slipped away and yet another day is done with out so much as a push up or a sit up done on my part?!?!?! I have to find a way to make it happen or I will never be the healthy, happier, more fit person I know I can be.
Any suggestions to get me to the gym?
