I have made Monday my new rest day. Today I finally made it to the gym this evening around 6pm. Somehow I decided to try out the exercise bike. And I loved it!!! According to the calorie counter on the bike I burned 1900 calories, IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??? 10.05 miles. I am so shocked. Now I'm wondering how accurate the machines counters are? And my intake of calories is 1815 Calories for today so a little high. I would like to be around 1500 to 1800 calories a day. So I was only 15 Cals over for today. I can attribute that to the 3 sodas I drank today. 450 calories from soda... MUST CUT THEM OUT!!!
I really am wondering if the calories burned are accurate or the distance?
