I have a picture of myself at 5 years old in the bluebonnets here in Texas. They are blooming now and I can't help but remember how much I love them and love Spring here in Texas.
1. What are your goals for the Spring Fever Challenge?
2. Why did you choose them? 3. What is your plan of action to make them happen?
The first three questions will be answered all at once.
Goal 1: Lose 50 to 60 pounds.
I chose this goal because I need to lost the extra harmful weight that I am carrying around.
How I will achieve it:
-Workout 6 days a week
-Only eat beef once a week
-Drink at least 125oz of water a day.
Goal 2: Read the Bible in 90 Days.
I chose this goal because I want to accomplish reading God's word in my lifetime. This is the fast track plan. I also want to grow my relationship with my Heavenly Father.
How I will achieve it:
-Purchase "The Bible in 90" bible. CHECK
-Follow the reading plan daily.
Goal 3: Save $1000
I chose this goal because we are tired of living paycheck to paycheck and having nothing but credit cards or credit card offers to pick up life's emergencies.
How I will achieve it:
-Have $100 automatically deposited into a separate saving account ever week.
-By not straying from the budget we have set at the beginning of each month.
Goal 4: Commit to spending 15 minutes of un-disturbed quiet time every day.
I chose this goal because I miss the feeling that Bikram Yoga gave me. It was 90 minutes of peace and quiet where my mind just shut off and gave my self time to just breathe and relax.
How I will achieve it:
-Making the time everyday to sit quietly either during my son's nap or after he has gone to bed.
-By just breathing and not worrying about anything else.
Goal 5: Attend our evening service at church at least twice a month, in addition to the regular morning service.
I chose this goal because our evening service seems more intimate than the morning services. I enjoy both very much. I look forward to the praise and worship service part of the evening service and I absolutely love the funny stories that our evening pastor tells.
How I will achieve this:
-Attend morning service every Sunday.
-Plan to attend the evening service ever other Sunday.
-If missed, attend the next Sundays evening service.

4. What does this challenge mean to you?
It means I have another shot at finding my self discipline and my motivation, and becoming the healthier more spiritual person I long to be. It means that I need to focus and plan things in advance so that I can watch them come to life.

5.Fun Question of the Week: Let's  get to know each other! What is something most people (er... fellow bloggers) don't know about you?
I was born 13 weeks premature, weighed 2.5lbs and was only 13inches long. I spent 64 days in the hospital as an infant. I have 7 scars all from before the age of 6 months old.
Have a great day,
