1. Workout 4 times a week. nope only once
2. Journal food, workouts and weigh ins. Weigh ins will be once a week.
journaling food has been pretty good, workouts, there are none to
journal and weigh ins are documented on blog and myfitnesspal.
3. Stay on course with our budget. We are on course!
4. Cash ONLY! eh, don't ask!
5. Become an ex soda drinker. again, don't ask.
2. What have you done to make yourself feel fabulous?
hot air baloon "ride" and spending a weekend disconnected from technology.
3. It's half way through the challenge, you can change 1 or more of your
goals (max of 3) if you want to....what are you going to do and why?
Not changing any. I really need to accomplish all these goals.
4. What's your worst bad habit and have you ever tried to tackle it? Do you want to?
Laziness and procrastination. Yes I want to but as a procrastinater it
doesn't come easy!
5. Fun Time: Would you rather have Burgers for feet or Sausages for Fingers?
Burgers for feet for sure.
