I LOST 5LBS in 7 days just by eating on plan and drinking enough fluids. I am so excited! Yay for results!

  2. Great job! It's amazing how our bodies react to being properly taken care of, haha. The water is so crucial, I think. I've been drinking more lately, too, and it feels so good - cleaner, fuller. Incredible! Keep up the good work :)
