Fire Up Week 3!

 Weight Wars

I love these boots! I can't wait for my calves to be small enough to fit into them!

1. What have you done this week to help get to your goals?
1. Workout 4 times a week.  worked out twice this week totally 75 minutes.
2. Journal food, workouts and weigh ins. Weigh ins will be once a week. I am getting better at journaling my food and workouts with myfitnesspal. It has been interesting seeing how the calories add up.
3. Stay on course with our budget. We are doing our best to stay on budget. This week is a pay week so we will see!
4. Cash ONLY! Rocking this one. We have only used our debit cards once in the past two weeks!!!
5. Become an ex soda drinker. Since I have switched to diet for the TDDChallenge I will be cutting them out fairly soon I believe. I don't really care for diet dr pepper and diet pepsi only does so much for me.
  2. What have you done to make yourself feel fabulous?
Exfoliated and moisturized my legs. It felt so good!
  3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What are your goals? Ambitions?
Hopefully done with school working in an accounting department or payroll. Possibly have one more child and have our own house.
  4. Give us a tip or a fact. About anything, what is something great you've
  heard that everyone should know?
Debt is dumb, CASH is KING!  5. Fun Question: What was your most recent dream that you can remember?
It's been a while since I've a dream that I can remember. I can't recall.
I can't believe that it is already week 3!

  1. TOTALLY agree about the cash being king. High five moving away from the cards! You see what is going out and it is more real when the 20's slip from your fingers AND you only buy what you have money for. Serious savings there.

Have you ever calculated how much you spend on soda? Knowing how much you will trim from your budget if you cut that out might spur you on to totally ditch the habit.

Hooray for 75 minutes! By the end of the challenge you will be an exercise machine!

  2. Well done, I think you've achieved loads this week!

I agree with Munch too, work out how much it would save you to stop drinking soda, it's saved us tonnes.

  3. Hi :) Stopping by from FUFF.
Keeping a food journal takes a lot of time and effort, but it's worth it! Once you get the initial momentum going it'll get easier.
