15 in 15

That Which Is Bitter To Endure, Is Sweet To Remember

So I am down 2lbs for this weeks weigh in! Which means I have successfully lost 1 pound in the three weeks we have been going!
I am excited for week 4! My plan for week 4 for exercise is go for a 20 to 30 min walk everyday with my son in the stroller. That way he gets to be outside and there is a park not to far from my house so he will get some exercise too!
After having such an extravagant plan last week and failing miserably since I didn't go at all I have decided to take an easier approach to the exercise portion. I am doing pretty good with the diet. I am doing my best to stay away from bread and pastas and sweets. The soda is the most difficult thing to stop drinking!
