1. What have you done this week to help you achieve your goals?
1. Workout 4 times a week.
I got in one 30 minute workout this week.2. Journal food, workouts and weigh ins. Weigh ins will be once a week.
I have not used my journal yet. I weighed 261lbs this past Sunday.
3. Stay on course with our budget.
Just plain busted the budget this past paycheck.

Glee!!! I've only seen the first season but I can't wait to see seasons 2, 3 and the movie.
